    • Conducted investment underwriting for this new-build development, including comprehensive market research, competitive set identification, hotel programming analyses and pro forma projections.
    • Currently overseeing in pre-development and design processes to ensure product consistency and TRE's recommended market positioning.

    • Implemented new competitive market positioning to increase rate competitiveness
    • Expanded sales and marketing within Middle Eastern Arab markets
    • Optimized mix of business including replacing airline contracts with BMW corporate demand
    • Repositioned in-house F&B outlet as Grill 93 Steak & Chops

    Full service, upper upscale resort hotel featuring 240 rooms and suites, a 130,000 square foot fitness center and spa, and 25,000 square feet of meeting and special event space
    • Created a comprehensive competitive market repositioning plan, financial pro forma forecast, and comprehensive redevelopment plan.
    • "On the ground" leadership including selection and direction of design and architectural teams, construction management, MEP specialists, and FF&E purchasing agent.

    • Recently delivered a comprehensive TRE Hotel Business Positioning Plan to both Marriott International (the management company) and the Village of Schaumburg to improve all aspects of performance in this unique suburban hotel
    • TRE selected by the Village of Schaumburg as result of identifying several opportunities for improved performance during the RFP process

  • InterContinental Hotel-Minneapolis/Saint Paul Airport.

    • TRE underwrote feasibility of majority investor investing in development of proposed $85 million, new-build luxury hotel at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.
