TRE represented and facilitated communication between our investor client and brand operator to ensure full compliance with brand standards and design.

The T.R. ENGEL Group-Middle East was retained to provide hospitality advisory services to UrbaCon Co. International (UCC) associated with its development of the offshore Banana Island Report Village located in Doha, Qatar.

TRE’s three (3) phase scope of work included a feasibility study, resort operator search & selection, and management contract review & negotiation.

In addition to this scope of work, TRE led oversight of resort programming provided by the project’s construction management firm, Hotels & Resort Construction (HRC).

Our team also conducted on-site tours and research to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of each hotel, further highlighting overall product and service competitiveness.
