In this assignment, TRE arranged for a Qatari investor to acquire this upper-upscale asset located two blocks from the White House 17th and I Street in Washington, D.C..  TRE handled all aspects of this transaction including selection of lawyers, accountants, Guernsey administration and securing a mortgage.
