TRE was retained by the Columbus, Ohio governing board to assist it in overseeing the entirety of the Center’s operations.

TRE held regular meetings with the client, management company, and operations committee to facilitate broad expectations and an annual financial budget and business plan.

TRE worked in conjunction with the Board to establish and modify Key Performance Indicators which were used to measure contractor’s success in meeting Board goals.
