TRE held regular meetings with the client and Operations Committee to facilitate communication and outline an annual budget and business plan.

TRE worked in conjunction with the Board to establish and modify Key Performance Indicators which were used to measure contractor’s success in meeting Board goals.

Our team conducted on-site visits to review operational structures, and to conduct interviews with key staff to better assess and improve property operations.
