Senior Managing Director, Project Management, has served as a senior executive for major global developers directing ground-up resort, hotel, and major retail developments nationally and internationally. Krey has led the development of major four- and five-star hotels and resorts in Chicago, Berlin and Munich Germany, Abu Dhabi, Egypt, and Doha, Qatar. He has sourced and contracted with project professional teams of consultants, contractors, and operators, including facility management resources for management of completed assets. As Managing Director of UrbaCon Trading and Contracting, Krey was instrumental in the complete renovation of the iconic Sheraton Doha Qatar Hotel and Conference Center. The 1,900,000-square foot hotel, a historic landmark in Doha, was fully renovated by UCC preserving the historic and unique original Arabic design. Shem is a graduate of architecture and construction from Wentworth Institute and UCLA business management executive program. At TRE, Krey focuses on both major hotel renovations and new-build hotel development
