Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas

This assignment predicated a massive mixed-use development consisting of a luxury Hilton Hotel, retail, residences and palaces on the Arabian Sea at the border of Qatar and Saudi Arabia in the region of Salwa.  In the assignment TRE performed the hotel programming, financial projections, brand and operator selection process and management agreement negotiation.
